Deposit & Cancelation
DEPOSIT POLICY:
At Balanced Beauty Medical Aesthetics, we require a $150 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for all treatments booked. Your $150 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is applied to your services rendered including full face consultations.
CANCELATION POLICY:
At Balanced Beauty, we have a 72-hour Cancellation Policy in place to ensure clients can get in for appointments in a timely manner, and to respect our Providers’ time. Any appointment that cancels within 72 hours of appointment will surrender their deposit and will be charged an additional $150 of service to the credit card on file.
By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy. We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow Balanced Beauty to continue to provide the highest quality of service to you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before the beginning of your appointment. You can cancel any appointment via the link in your confirmation email that is sent automatically after booking or you can call us at 317-727-4011.
NO-SHOW POLICY: When scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our no-show policy. If you no-show your appointment you will be charged 100% of service to credit card on file and surrender your $150 deposit.
